The Disability Employment Equity (DEE) Summit responds directly to the Employment Equity Amendment Act 4 of 2022 and the Employment Equity Regulations, 2025, which set a binding cross-sector target of 3% representation of persons with disabilities for South Africa's designated employers. Hosted during Disability Rights Awareness Month (DRAM), the event brings designated employers, transformation and HR leaders, line managers, government, and the disability sector together to move from compliance anxiety to practical, confident action.
