About this Event
Hey weekend starters! 🏮🥟🧋
Kick off your Friday night in the heart of San Francisco’s Chinatown with new friends, incredible food, live music, and all the energy of the famous Chinatown Night Market!
We’ll start with quick, fun 1:1 conversations guided by the Gist IRL app. No awkward guessing who to talk to next. The app pairs you up so you can relax, chat, and see who matches your Friday night energy.
Then comes the best part: we’re taking our new friendships straight into the Night Market! 🥢
Reconnect with the people you clicked with, form a small crew, and eat your way through Chinatown. Think steaming dim sum, vegan spring rolls, egg tarts, milk tea, and tanghulu while we wander beneath the lanterns, catch live music and street performers, shop local vendors, and explore the market together.
THE PLAN 🏮
6:30 PM — Check-In Set up your quick profile and check in.

7:45 PM+ — Night Market Food Crawl 🥟🧋 Form a crew of new friends and head into the market for food, drinks, music, and exploring!
Come hungry, come curious, and come ready to meet some new people. 🥟🧋🏮
