About the show
Dilli Se Döner Tak is a very Desi comedy journey from Delhi to Europe — navigating culture shocks, job hunts, dating disasters, Indian parents, shopping, bureaucracy and the repeated struggle of trying to understand Germany.
Through sharp observations, satire, crowd interaction and dark-ish truths, Ayush compares the life he knew in India with the one he somehow ended up building in Europe — what changes, what gets weirder, and what remains stubbornly Desi no matter how far away you move.
And because simply talking apparently wasn’t enough, Ayush also mixes his original musical parodies and acapella comedy songs into the show along the way.
Essentially, an Indian’s very Desi guide to surviving Europe.

About the comic
Ayush Kulshrestha is a Berlin-based Indian comedian who has been performing stand-up since 2019.
He created Desi Democracy — Europe’s first Hindi comedy showcase — and is one of the very few Europe-based comedians regularly performing stand-up in Hindi.
He has opened for established Indian comics including Varun Grover, Vipul Goyal, Rohan Joshi and Karunesh Talwar , while building a Hindi comedy scene from Berlin and taking Desi Democracy to different cities across Germany.
