Get ready for the most hands-on posing event you've ever attended — taught by Doctor in a Bikini!
Whether you’re prepping for your first show or looking to sharpen your presentation, this clinic breaks down the fundamentals of Posing Prehab: mobility work, correctional techniques and preventative tips to help you look AND feel your best.
What to expect:
• 2 Hour Event + BONUS HOUR GYM PASS:
• First Hour — Learn Posing Prehab fundamentals for this week's topic, receive posing specific exercises and have all of your prehab questions answered!
• Second Hour — Mock show, stage tips and tricks, individualized feedback, and deeper posing refinement.
• BONUS HOUR — Hive Day Passes are on me!! Try out the gym (FOR FREE) before or after the event
