🐾 Welcome to DFWeenieWorld 2026!
Get ready for a tail‑wagging good time! DFWeenieWorld 2026 is a full‑day celebration of dachshunds, their humans, and the incredible community that brings them together. Hosted at beautiful YMCA Camp Carter in Fort Worth, this event brings together outdoor adventure, family fun, and everything we love about wiener dogs (but all types of dogs are welcome).
This special event is made possible through a partnership between YMCA Camp Carter and Dallas Doxies, combining Camp Carter’s mission of building strong kids, families, and communities with Dallas Doxies’ passion for celebrating and connecting dachshund lovers across North Texas. Together, we’re creating a fun, welcoming space where families, dog lovers, and four‑legged friends can play, connect, and make unforgettable memories.
🌭 What to Expect
Throughout the day, guests can enjoy a wide variety of activities for both people and pups, including:
Wiener Dog Races – Cheer on your favorite dachshunds as they dash for glory
Off‑Leash Play Areas – Safe, designated spaces for dogs to socialize and play
Pup-Cup Treats - because let's be honest, who doesn't love a sweet treat
Vendors & Food – Local vendors, treats, and refreshments available for purchase
Family Activities – Camp Carter favorites like the Climbing Wall and Archery
Contests, Awards & Giveaways – Fun competitions, prizes, and plenty of photo‑worthy moments
And More! – Surprises and pop‑up fun throughout the day
Whether you’re bringing your own dachshund, supporting a friend, or just love dogs and community events, there’s something for everyone at DFWeenieWorld.
