Residents of Seward and surrounding counties are invited to join Suhr & Lichty Insurance Agency for a Medicare sales seminar featuring a representative from Devoted Health. We’ll explain available 2027 plans, discuss benefits and costs, and answer your questions.

If your Medicare supplement and stand-alone prescription drug plan premiums have become difficult to afford, this seminar is for you, too.

The three Devoted PPO plans compared below have $0 monthly plan premiums and include prescription drug coverage. We’ll discuss premiums alongside doctor access, prescriptions, copays, and potential out-of-pocket costs so you can decide whether a change makes sense for you. Your Medicare Part B premium still applies, reduced by any applicable giveback.

Even if you have already chosen another Medicare plan for 2027, you still have through December 7, 2026, to change your selection during Medicare Annual Enrollment.

You can select an available Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan for which you are eligible. Your completed enrollment request must be received by December 7 for coverage to begin January 1, 2027.

Devoted Health is expanding in Nebraska for 2027, with Medicare Advantage options for Seward and surrounding counties. Memorial Health Care Systems has confirmed that its hospital and physicians are in network with Devoted Health for 2027. We can help you check your individual doctors, prescriptions, and pharmacies.

Allowances apply to eligible services and items, with reimbursement and participating-provider or retailer rules. Dental coverage includes service limits and cost sharing. Medical out-of-pocket limits apply to covered in-network Medicare Part A and Part B services; prescription drug costs and certain extra benefits are separate.
