Developing Frontline Supervisors into Effective Leaders
Presented by Imago and facilitated by Edgar Blunt
October 27, 2026
In manufacturing, frontline supervisors have one of the greatest impacts on safety, productivity, employee engagement, retention, and culture. This workshop is designed to help emerging and experienced leaders strengthen their ability to communicate, coach, motivate, and lead effectively.
Held the day before the Valley Made Manufacturing Summit (sjvma.org/summit).
This is not your typical leadership training.
Edgar Blunt and the Imago team create highly engaging learning experiences that combine honest conversation, critical thinking, self-awareness, and practical leadership tools.
Participants can expect to be challenged, inspired, and equipped with actionable strategies they can immediately apply in the workplace.
