Is depression something you deal with on a regular basis? Is anxiety filling up your brain and creating fictional stories.
Yeah, me too. It can be incredibly challenging and lonely.
I see you and I resonate deeply.
I'm being called to hold small outdoor gatherings for others who are dealing with depression. To create a space where we can just be held and seen together in the nourishing container of nature.
I find that spending time outdoors is a deeply necessary medicine. It has become my invitation to stay, to come back to the moment and to come back to my heart.
We'll meet bi-weekly in nature. If it's raining there are options for areas where we can be undercover or if we're brave and warm we can find some fun spots deep in the forest to keep us 'dry' :)
We can explore, be fully present and have a container that allows us to just be us. We can create art, we can dance, we can rage, cry and be silly. We can just sit in silence and watch moss.
We can be supported.
My vision is to create a caring and supportive community for support. Life has been incredibly challenging for many of us.
Nature has been my life line and I want to share that with others.
This is a substance free environment.
I encourage snacks to share
Please dress and be prepared to spend some times outdoors.
These community gatherings are offered cost-free but reciprocity and donations are always welcomed.
I will be keeping the group size small, up to 6 humans, so please dm me and confirm that you'd like to attend. I'll be adding other days and outings in the future!
If you'd prefer 1:1 support, feel free to reach out to me and we can make that happen!
Please note that I am not a credited trained professional. I am a person that struggles with this myself, a person who has been in the deep end, a person that can relate.
I hold scared spaces, and practice creating environments in nature for people to come home to themselves. This is collective work where we show up for ourselves, our community and Mother Earth.
