Elaine Jenkins (aka the physio with a string of other qualifications too!!) & Shelagh Steven will be hosting a practical demo on core exercises, both ridden and in-hand, that you can use over the winter months when you’re stuck in the arena.
We know daily lunging isn’t ideal, and some yards understandably don’t allow it.
Long-reining is a great alternative… but… yikes! 😅 It’s not always as easy as you think!
In-hand groundwork is ideal for those nights when you need to get home, are short on time, or simply don’t fancy riding.
And ridden arena work can definitely do with a bit of fluffing up! 😂
We’ll be sharing exercises you can add to your repertoire to keep your schooling interesting and productive throughout the winter.
