Dementia & Carers Advice & Support Drop-In

Come along to the Community Hub and speak with one of our Social Prescribers for support with dementia and caring.

Our Social Prescribers can help you explore local services and provide guidance on support available for both individuals living with dementia and their carers. While they are not specialists in these areas, they can guide you through relevant directories and help you understand what support may be suitable for your needs.

Support available includes:

• Information on local dementia support services
• Signposting to carer support groups and resources
• Guidance on accessing practical and emotional support
• Help to navigate available services
• Support to connect with local organisations

Exclusively for Rushcliffe residents 18+ registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
