With a background in social work and experience across both adult social care and healthcare, Sophie understands how complex systems can feel – especially when you’re not sure where to begin. She also brings experience in mediation, supporting people to work through situations and feel more confident in their next steps.
This is a friendly, no-pressure space where Sophie can help you:
- Make sense of what support is available
- Think about what you need most right now
- Explore your options in a simple, manageable way
- Understand what your next steps could look like
Whether you’re feeling stuck, unsure who to turn to, or just need a bit of direction – this is a good place to start.
If helpful, Sophie can also guide you through trusted local services and resources, including support available through the Rushcliffe directories.
