Yin Yoga - Moving into Stillness
Join Cathy, an experienced yoga instructor in an hour's Yin class focusing on the breath, the body and the mind.
In this class we access the deeper parts of ourselves - the connective tissues, joints and ligaments. We go to our edge in the postures, find stillness and then hold for time - letting gravity work its magic.
Participants are welcome to bring their own mat, pillow and blanket for added comfort during relaxation activities, as these items will not be supplied.

This session is for ages 18+ only.
Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
