Wellbeing Through Art

We’ll begin with a relaxed group discussion inspired by a chapter from The Creative Act by Rick Rubin, exploring ideas around creativity and creative confidence. This will set the tone for a calm, reflective session.

Participants will then be introduced to ink and wash techniques, with time to practise and experiment before moving on to the main creative activity. You’ll have the option to paint either a landscape or a set of mushrooms, guided step by step in a supportive and informal environment.

No previous experience is required - this session is about enjoying the creative process and taking time for yourself.

This session is for ages 18+ only.

Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
