Wellbeing Walk – Free Guided Walk with Rushcliffe Ramblers

Come and join a short, friendly wellbeing walk with Rushcliffe Ramblers. These free guided sessions are a great way to enjoy some fresh air, gentle activity and good company.

The wellbeing walk is on flat, easy terrain, lasting 45 minutes or less and suitable for all abilities.

Our Social Prescriber Nick will be there to welcome you and join the walk.

Meeting Point:
Gresham Park Road junction on Wilford Lane (near the mini roundabout)

Come along, take a breather, and enjoy a gentle walk at your own pace. Everyone is welcome!

Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
