Our Social Prescribers can help you discover what’s happening in your community and guide you to activities and groups that match your interests.
Support available includes:
- Information on local groups, events, and activities
- Help to find opportunities to meet new people
- Guidance on hobbies, interests, and social opportunities
- Signposting to community organisations and services
- Support to get involved and stay connected
Exclusively for Rushcliffe residents 18+ registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
