Come along to the Community Hub and speak with one of our Social Prescribers for support around Later Life, Bereavement and Green Social Prescribing.
Our Social Prescribers can help you explore local services, activities and support options available to you. While they are not specialists in these areas, they can guide you through relevant directories and help you understand what support may be suitable for your needs.
Support available includes:
- Information on local groups, services, and activities
- Guidance on Later Life support and staying connected
- Signposting to bereavement support services
- Exploring Green Social Prescribing opportunities (such as outdoor and nature-based activities)
- Help to navigate what’s available locally and how to access it
Exclusively for Rushcliffe residents 18+ registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
