About this Event
Welcome to the DeKalb County HOA Summit!
Join us in person in Stonecrest, GA for a day packed with valuable information, great ideas, community connections, and networking with fellow HOA homeowners, board members, and advocates from across DeKalb County, including Decatur, Lithonia, Tucker, and Stone Mountain, and the greater Metro Atlanta area.
Whether you're currently serving on an HOA board, navigating challenges within your community, or simply curious about homeowners associations and your rights, the HOA Summit is the perfect place to connect, learn, ask questions, and share experiences.
Gain practical insight into HOA governance, homeowner rights, board responsibilities, assessments, transparency, accountability, dispute resolution, and recent changes to Georgia law, including SB 406, the state's sweeping new HOA reform legislation. Most importantly, you'll leave better informed and better equipped to advocate for yourself and your community.
Don’t miss this opportunity to get inspired, build meaningful local connections, and become a more empowered homeowner.
