This 5K isn’t just about crossing the finish line — it’s about running for freedom.

Every step taken helps raise critical funds to support individuals leaving high-control religions as they rebuild their lives with dignity, autonomy, and hope.

You can join us in person on October 31, 2026, for our physical race experience — or participate from anywhere in the world through our virtual race option. Whether you run, walk, or gather your community to move alongside you, your participation makes a meaningful impact.

This isn’t just a race — it’s a movement. Every mile completed and every dollar raised directly funds programs that provide emotional, financial, and community support for survivors of spiritual abuse and coercive religious control.
