Beginning Monday, July 27, Vik Anantha will lead Deepening Into Practice, a weekly Monday evening meditation group focused on sustained Vipassanā practice in community.
This drop-in offering provides a steady container for longer periods of silent sitting and walking meditation, supporting practitioners who wish to deepen their insight practice while also remaining accessible to beginners.
Most of the evening will be held in silence, with simple structure and periodic bells. Save the date, all are welcome!
