In Ayurveda, autumn’s light, dry, and mobile qualities can leave us feeling scattered, restless, or depleted. This seasonal practice invites us to turn inward through restorative yoga, gentle breathwork, marma self-massage, and a guided pratyahara yoga nidra.
Together, we’ll explore grounding and nourishing sensory practices that encourage stillness, soften the effects of seasonal change, and create space to reconnect with the body and breath. Through warmth, sweetness, and deep rest, we’ll cultivate a sense of steadiness and ease as we transition into the colder months.
All levels welcome. Come as you are, and give yourself permission to slow down, turn inward, and rest.
This session requires no previous experience.
This class will be guided by Chloe Chaput, Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Yoga Teacher.
