About this Event
Deep Relaxation | Immersive Sound Experience is a small-group, in-person sound bath created to help you unwind at the end of the day. Held in a quiet, home-based setting, this experience offers a rare pause from constant stimulation .
You’ll be guided into rest as you lie comfortably and are immersed in a carefully curated soundscape using multiple therapeutic instruments, including Tibetan singing bowl, alchemy crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and gentle rhythmic sounds. The vibrations work directly with your nervous system, helping your body shift out of stress and into a state of calm and restoration.
Why this session is different:
Sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure a calm, intimate experience. As an experienced practitioner trained in multiple sound modalities, I hold the space with care, sensitivity, and presence, allowing you to feel safe enough to fully let go.
If you’ve been feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or disconnected from rest, consider this a gentle invitation to pause.
- Treat this as an act of self-care.
- A conscious step towards better sleep, balance, and wellbeing.
- A moment to reconnect with calm — even in the midst of a busy life.
