Softening into the winter season through gentle movement, deep relaxation, and reflective connection“It felt like resting on a warm, soft cloud. I felt held and nourished.”
— Past participant
When the dark season arrives, we naturally need more time to rest and follow nature’s rhythm. This experience is a direct invitation for that softness.
As the days shorten, you are warmly invited into a dedicated space for being. In a fast-paced and high-pressure world, our nervous systems require intentional moments of recovery. Yet, taking that pause on our own isn't always easy. This session is an invitation to step away from your everyday worries and chores to prioritize your well-being.
Together, we practice compassion, slowing down and surrendering. A moment of relief, reflection, and quiet connection in your Saturday afternoon.
What to Expect
✨ Guided Deep Relaxation: The heart of the session, supported by gentle guidance, poetry, and resonant sound instruments (Koshi chimes and Sámi drum).
✨ Somatic Movement: Gentle, low-impact movement to help unburden physical tension.
✨ Reflective Connection: Group and self-reflective practices to ground your experience and nurture connection in the darker months.
