We hope you can join us for a special celebration on Thursday September 17th, from 11am-12:30pm for
This gathering will include an easygoing group discussion about the connection between listening and death, dying, and loss: an open circle of people who want to talk about what's usually left unsaid. From there, we will shift into a 30-minute sound meditation led by Ann Sensing, using singing bowls, gong, and chimes to help settle the nervous system and hold space for experiential listening.
You may lie down, sit up, or get comfortable in any other way that feels supportive to your body. There will be time after the sound meditation for discussion and optional sharing.
Whether you're processing a loss, supporting someone who is, or simply curious about listening as it relates to mortality, you're welcome here.
