Death Over Donuts: Nature Meditations

We hope you can join us on Thursday, April 16th, from 11am-12:30pm for a meditative reflection on our place within the web of life. Experience how attunement to nature can provide solace in the midst of grief and loss.

For this installment of Death Over Donuts, Larkspur intern, J Townley, will lead us in a series of contemplative meditations intended to ground us in the natural world. This intentional community gathering is designed to be accessible, and will include gentle approaches to connecting spiritually with the natural world.

This come-as-you-are gathering will be a casual time of community sharing and a space to move through your grief creatively.
