About this Event
Date Nite Comedy | SWEETEST DAY WEEKEND!
A little romance. A lot of laughter. A night worth getting dressed for.
This edition of Date Nite Comedy, presented by TheySoFunny, features nationally recognized comedian Gerald Kelly, known for appearances on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, BET’s ComicView, NBC’s Last Comic Standing, America’s Got Talent, Showtime at the Apollo, Comedy Central, and Chocolate Sundaes. His film credits include Death of a Dynasty, The Cookout 2, and Budz House. Gerald has also shared stages with comedy heavyweights including Chris Rock, Chris Tucker, Steve Harvey, and Bernie Mac.
Break out of the dinner-and-a-movie routine and join us in Downtown Detroit for a night built around good company, grown-up laughs, and a real night out.
Bring your significant other and settle into an intimate comedy room with space to breathe, get comfortable, and enjoy the show. Along with Gerald Kelly, Date Nite Comedy brings together headliners from across America and some of your favorite Detroit comedians, hosted by Mike Bonner.
Whether it’s your first date, anniversary, birthday celebration, or simply a much-needed night away from the everyday grind, make time for each other—and let us bring the funny.
