𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄?Imagine walking into a room full of strangers and leaving feeling that you want to hug the world.
Safe. Nourished. Seen. Heard. Felt.
And saying, "𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦."
Me too.
And that's the kind of evening I want to create with you this December.
A different kind of julefrokost.
Through music, dance, and unfiltered conversations, we'll meet one another and explore what it takes to create that feeling of HOME within and with others.
From a place of presence, relational mindfulness, and embodied choice.
Because HOME is more than a place. It's also something we create together. And that asks something of us.
Can I stay with myself when your needs are different from mine? Can I honour my YES and NO, and respect yours? Can I take responsibility for how I show up?
That's the rehearsal I'm inviting you into.
Not learning to perform connection better, but experiencing what it feels like to be with others without losing yourself or expecting them to lose themselves for you.
And what you experience here can travel with you. EVERYWHERE.
Into the next date, the next difficult conversation, the next family gathering, the next boardroom.
And because HOME also has a taste, this December I'm inviting you to bring something that tastes like HOME to you. A dish, snack or dessert that holds a memory, a person, a place.
Different people. Different stories. Different versions of HOME.
All welcome in the same room.
Come alone or with someone. Bring your curiosity, your quirks, your excitement, whatever is there.
Throughout the evening, everything is an invitation.
You can opt in or out, pause, take space, or choose a different way of participating.
We are not here to chase chemistry, perform authenticity or become better at pleasing other people.
We're here to practice being present, making conscious choices, taking responsibility for ourselves and discovering what becomes possible when we make room for each other.
𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗛𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗠
The evening unfolds in three guided phases, with a break for live music, shared food and a little taste of HOME.
𝟏. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲
Across cultures, dance has long been one of the ways humans connect, express themselves and relate. Not only through words, but through rhythm, presence and attunement.
This is where we begin.
Through dance and music, you'll be invited to tune into your sensations, needs, desires, boundaries and whatever is alive in you.
Dance, in this space, is not about how you move or how you look.
It's a way to come back into your body and begin relating from there.
And as others enter the picture, we get to explore something else.
Can I stay connected to myself while meeting you? Can I follow my own YES and NO, while making room for yours?
𝟐. 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬
Here's where we get curious about the people around us.
Through guided encounters, conversations in pairs and small groups, and questions from The Path to Love, my relational card deck, we'll explore the different worlds we carry within us.
Our histories. Our longings. Our ways of expressing love, navigating differences, protecting ourselves and finding belonging.
Not random prompts to perform depth.
But invitations to discover ourselves and each other beyond the roles we usually play.
And to practice something that isn't always easy: being fully ourselves while remaining open to someone else's reality.
Because HOME isn't something another person simply gives us.
It's also something we participate in creating.
𝐀 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄
During our break, we'll share something special.
I'm inviting everyone to bring a dish, snack, dessert or something simple that tastes like HOME to them.
Maybe something from your childhood, a country you've lived in, a person you miss, or a memory that still makes you smile.
We'll share our different tastes of HOME, and perhaps some of the stories behind them too.
Nothing fancy needed!
𝟑. 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮
We gather again in a sharing circle to let the experience land, reflect on what surfaced, and name what we might want to carry forward.
Because the point is not only what happens in the room.
It's what stays with you after.
The clarity. The awareness. The felt sense of what is true for you. The experience of meeting another person without disappearing or needing them to disappear for you.
And perhaps a little more courage to bring that into the next relationship, conversation or room you enter.
𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐌𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐘 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐘𝐎𝐔
Perhaps a lived experience of:
- Being seen without having to perform.
- Feeling more connected to your body, your needs and your own YES and NO.
- Meeting people beyond the usual small talk and enjoying the surprises that come with it.
- Practicing curiosity when another person's experience is different from yours.
- Noticing when you tend to overgive, withdraw, overthink or edit yourself to belong.
- Making choices that honour your boundaries while respecting someone else's.
- Discovering what it feels like to contribute to connection rather than simply hope someone else creates it for you.
And perhaps what stays isn't only something you learn about yourself.
Maybe it's a conversation you didn't want to end. A surprising connection. A moment of courage. Something someone said that changes how you see yourself.
𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒
🫂 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫?
For curious humans who want to experience genuine connection beyond the usual small talk and social performance.
Come single, partnered, with a friend or on your own.
This is not a dating or matchmaking event, although meaningful connections of all kinds are welcome to emerge.
You don't need dance experience, confidence or any particular background. Just a willingness to be curious about yourself and the people around you.
🎒 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠
Comfortable clothes you can move and sit in.
Something to share that tastes like HOME to you. It doesn't need to be elaborate or homemade.
Please include information about ingredients and common allergens so others can make informed choices.

I'd love to capture some glimpses of the evening so more people can see what DARE TO BE feels like.
There may be photography during the event, with selected images shared through DARE TO BE and Naked Soul Coaching's social media and promotional channels.
You'll have the choice of whether you'd like to appear in recognisable published photos, and we'll respect that choice. Your participation in the experience doesn't depend on agreeing to be photographed.

I'm Linet, a Cuban-born, Copenhagen-based trauma-informed relationship coach, founder of Naked Soul Coaching and creator of DARE TO BE and The Path to Love.
Having lived in five countries, belonging has never been a small question in my life.
I created DARE TO BE because I believe we need more than conversations about connection. We need spaces to actually experience and practice it.
I bring my background in attachment, somatic practices and relational coaching into the room, along with plenty of curiosity, playfulness and my own humanity.
I'll be guiding the experience, but I won't be standing outside it. I'll be exploring alongside you.
Come inside... I'll meet you there.
