Danglebar Workshop: Bead & Pearl Drops
Join us for a creative, hands-on jewelry workshop where you’ll play with wire, pearls, and beads to design and make your own elegant earrings — right in the heart of Vancouver.
About the workshop
In this relaxed 2-hour studio session, you will explore simple wire techniques and learn how to combine silver wire, brass wire, freshwater pearls, and semi-precious beads into beautiful handmade earrings.
You’ll be guided through the process step by step, from shaping and bending wire to creating loops, adding structural details, wire-wrapping beads and pearls, and finishing your earrings with handmade ear hooks.
This workshop is beginner friendly and designed for anyone who wants to enjoy a calm, creative experience while making something beautiful to take home.
Duration: 2 hours.
What you will learn
- Shape and bend wire into simple, elegant forms
- Work with silver and brass wire
- Create loops and structural details
- Attach pearls and beads using wire-wrapping techniques
- Make your own ear hooks and finish your earrings
- Leave with two pairs of handmade earrings created by you
