DESCRIPTION:
Mindful movement that integrates mobility and hand-balancing drills and exercises to better equipped you with awareness when upside down.
Mainly taught by the phenomenal, Devon French, who has a background in yoga, partner acrobatics, and mindful movement. Occasional guest teachers from varying backgrounds add perspectives and movement patterns to help you on your handstand journey.

Ascend the concrete steps to the doors with a sign for “Lowell High School. The Post at 750”. Note: the entrance is not at street level.
Please arrive early! An energy exchanger will be at the doors to assist you inside. If you are late, you might be able to gain access by dialing 110 (this rings a phone in the common room, but it is no guarantee they will hear it).
