About this Event
Join Instructor Angie Cordoni for an afternoon of gossip & nibbles! Learn all the skills and recipes to host your own afternoon high tea event at home! We'll make elegant scones, fresh lemon curd, chocolate mousse cups and a selection of classic tea sandwiches. Learn the history of high tea and how royalty used this special ritual to pave the way for women to have a voice in politics and power.
At the end of class we will prepare a formal high tea with tiered stands, vintage cups, elegant linens and ambience. So don your fascinator and join us! Techniques suitable for adults and teens 14+.

Instructor Angie completed culinary school at Northwest Culinary Academy and opened a boutique cookshop in North Burnaby in 2013 teaching cooking classes for adults and kids. In 2025 she launched Pinkie's Up! A mobile high tea party service serving the Lower Mainland.
