We are so excited to bring you a brand-new series of Dancing Roots - the African-Caribbean diasporic dance and social experience for mature people.
As always, Dancing Roots is about cultivating feel-good energy and positive vibes only. Expect uplifting sessions featuring a vibrant blend of West African, Caribbean and UK-inspired creativity through dance. Guaranteed to invigorate, connect and uplift you.
We warmly welcome new people to join our vibrant community.
Dates: Every Saturday from 17 October 2026 – 28th November 2026
Time: 12:45pm – 1:45pm
Some sessions will also feature live drumming accompaniment.
Dancing Roots is delivered by multi award-winning Keneish Dance. Keneish Dance believes that freedom of expression comes through dance and culture, and that everybody has the right to be in touch with their own mind, body and spirit.
