Αυτό είναι ένα εργαστήριο κίνησης για το χορό που δημιουργείται ενώ διαπραγματευόμαστε εμάς, την κίνηση και σκέψη μας καθώς τα άλλα άτομα γύρω μας.
Είναι μια πρακτική αυτοσχεδιασμού για να εξασκηθούμε στις ανταποκρίσεις στις πολλαπλές πραγματικότητες και στα πολλαπλά ερεθίσματα χωρίς να χαθούμε από την προσωπική μας αλήθεια, οπτική και κίνηση στον κόσμο.
Μέσα από οδηγίες, tasks, scores* εξασκούμαστε στο πως να συνυπάρχουμε με τις διαφορετικές ποιότητες και αντιλήψεις σε ένα τόπο με πολλά κέντρα, το πως οριζόμαστε ως Σώματα που κινούνται όχι μέσα από ότι υπάρχει τριγύρω μας, αλλά από το πως συνδιαλέγομαι, ανταποκρίνομαι και αφουγκράζομαι εντός του σώματός μου το κόσμο ως μέρος του.
“𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠” — πώς παραμένω πιστό στις αξίες και/ή στο score ενώ ταυτόχρονα διαπραγματεύομαι την επικοινωνία μου με τους γύρω μου
“𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞-𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲” — πώς δεσμεύομαι και αναλαμβάνω την ευθύνη του πως ανταποκρίνομαι, του πως με κινούν τα σήματα του χορού μου, του χορού των άλλων και του χορού του κόσμου
“𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠” — πώς η αντίληψη μου δημιουργεί κίνηση και η κίνηση την αντίληψή μου,
𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠— πως ανασυνθέτω τις ποιότητες που επιθυμώ να έχω ενώ συναντώ, τι προτεραιοποιώ στις συναντήσεις μου
“𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫” — γιατί , τι , πως επικοινωνώ,
“𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧” — πως επικοινωνώ με την αισθητηριακή και γειωτική εξέταση των ερεθισμάτων του Σώματός μου, των συστημάτων του και των υφών του
“𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐧” — πως αγγίζω το κενό ως δυνατότητα
“𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐬” — πως οριοθετώ, αρνούμαι, αποδέχομαι, διαπραγματεύομαι το γνώριμο, παρόμοιο, το ξένο, μια κρούση, την ευαλωτότητα, την θολούρα.
Εδώ γινόμαστε μέρος ενός υπερ-σύμπαντος για ένα χορό σαν αποπροσανατολισμό αυτού που γνωρίζω ήδη, σαν χαρά και απορία συνάντησης, σαν αγριάδα επαφής με κάτι διαφορετικό, σαν ξεκούραση γυμνής παρατήρησης, σαν μια αλλιώτικη προσωπική απελευθέρωση.
*Score: χορευτική παρτιτούρα, σύστημα, δομή, οργάνωση, οντότητα, πεδίο σχέσεων, δίκτυο, είδος νοημοσύνης κ.α.
Τι να περιμένω:
Σωματικές ασκήσεις και scores που ενεργοποιούν αισθητηριακά, κοινωνικά και ηθικά το Σώμα και την ομάδα, αυτοσχεδιασμούς μικρής και μεγάλης διάρκειας, συζητήσεις, χορογραφικές διαδικασίες αποπροσανατολισμού και διαπραγμάτευσης, επαφή με scores χορογράφων και καλλιτεχνών, στιγμές γέλιου, ανακούφισης, σύγκρουσης, συνηχήσης, απορίας.
Ποια άτομα μπορούν να συμμετέχουν:
Χορογράφοι, ερμηνευτ@, ηθοποιοί, performers, σπουδαστές και όποιο άτομο ενδιαφέρεται για τον χορό, την κίνηση του ανθρώπινου σώματος, την κατάσταση του αυτοσχεδιασμού χορού και της πρακτικής, καθώς και για τις καταστάσεις που γεννιούνται μέσα από τα scores.
Το επίπεδο είναι ανοιχτό και απευθύνεται σε ενήλικες. Δεν απαιτείται προηγούμενη εμπειρία στον χορό. Ωστόσο, αν υπάρχει, είναι πολύτιμη και αυτή. Όσο μεγαλύτερες είναι οι διαφορές ανάμεσα στα συμμετέχοντα άτομα στη σωματική εμπειρία και γνώση, τόσο περισσότερο μας φανερώνονται οι δικές μας ανταποκρίσεις και το πώς αντιλαμβανόμαστε την κίνηση.

Το εργαστήριο προηγείται της δράσης 𝐑𝐚𝐰 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 ΙΙΙ: 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐑𝐃𝐌) που θα λάβει χώρα στις 11 Οκτωβρίου στο θέατρο Κύκλος (Αραβαντινού 14, Ioánnina, Greece, 45444 ). Τα άτομα που θα παρακολουθήσουν το εργαστήριο προτείνεται να συμμετέχουν σε αυτή τη δράση με αυτή σαν τελική ημέρα του εργαστηρίου. Ωστόσο η συμμετοχή τους στο 𝐑𝐃𝐌 παραμένει προαιρετική.
Η δράση 𝐑𝐃𝐌 είναι ανοιχτή για συμμετοχές ακόμη και για άτομα που δεν έχουν παρακολουθήσει το εργαστήριο. Το εργαστήριο προτείνεται ως μια πολύτιμη εισαγωγή και εξάσκηση πριν την είσοδό τους στο πολυσύμπαν του 𝐑𝐃𝐌.

This is a movement workshop for a dance that is created as we negotiate ourselves, our movement and thought, and the other people around us.
It is an improvisational practice that allows us to exercise our ability to respond to multiple realities and multiple stimuli without losing touch with our personal truth, perspective, and movement in the world.
Through instructions, tasks, and scores*, we practice how to coexist with different qualities and perceptions in a space with multiple centers. We explore how we define ourselves as moving bodies—not through what exists around us, but through how we engage, respond, and listen within our bodies, as part of a world made up of multiple centers.
“Committing” — How do I remain faithful to my values and/or to a score while simultaneously negotiating my communication?
“Response-ability” — How do I commit and acknowledge my responsibility for how I respond or how am I moved by the signals of my own dance, the dance of others, and the dance of the world?
“Wildness of perceiving” — How does my perception create movement, and how does movement create my perception?
“Moving the future” — How do I recompose the qualities I wish to embody while encountering others? What do I prioritize in my encounters?
“Communicating for” — Why, what, and how do I communicate?
“Attuned skin” — How do I communicate through the sensory and grounding examination of the stimuli of my body, its systems, and its textures?
“Touching the unknown” — How do I touch the void as potentiality?
“Negotiating fields” — How do I define boundaries, refuse, accept, and negotiate the familiar, the similar, the foreign; an impact, vulnerability, and uncertainty?
Here, we become part of a multiverse—for a dance that can disorient what we already know; a dance as the joy and wonder of encounter, as the wildness of coming into contact with something different, as the relief of naked observation, and as another form of personal liberation.
* Score: a choreographic score, system, structure, organization, entity, field of relationships, network, form of intelligence, etc.
What to expect
Physical exercises, tasks and scores that activate the body and the group on sensory, social, and ethical levels; short- and long-duration improvisations; discussions; choreographic processes of disorientation and negotiation; encounters with scores by choreographers and artists; moments of laughter, relief, conflict, resonance, and wonder.
Who can participate
Choreographers, performers, actors, performance artists, students, and anyone interested in dance, the movement of the human body, the state and practice of dance improvisation, as well as the situations that emerge through scores.
The workshop is open-level and addressed to adults. No previous dance experience is required. However, if you have experience, it is equally valuable. The greater the differences in physical experience and knowledge among participants, the more clearly our own responses become visible—and the more we discover how we perceive movement.

The workshop precedes 𝐑𝐚𝐰 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐈𝐈: 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐑𝐃𝐌), which will take place on October 11 at Kyklos Theatre, 14 Aravantinou Street, Ioannina, Greece, 45444.
Participants in the workshop are encouraged to take part in the 𝐑𝐃𝐌 performance as the final day of their workshop experience. However, participation in 𝐑𝐃𝐌 remains optional.
RDM is also open to people who have not attended the workshop.
The workshop is proposed as a valuable introduction and preparation before entering the multiverse of 𝐑𝐃𝐌
