💧Jednodniowy, obfity, ale nie intenstywny warsztat z poruszania się w wodzie i pod jej powierzchnią.
Podczas dwóch sesji w DeepSpot Poland skupimy się na doświadczaniu ruchu, czasu i wstrzymywania oddechu w sposób nie nastawiony na osiągnięcie celu. Pozwolimy sobie odpocząć i być poruszanym przez wodę.
Taniec w wodzie to dla mnie praktyka zarządzania rozluźnieniem i napięciem, obserwacja i podążanie za intuicją, rozwijanie zdolności słuchania i odpusczanie konieczności produkowania ruchu. Łączę w nim moje doświadczenie zawodowej tancerki oraz trening freedivingu w efekcie tworząc podwodne choreografie ale przede wszystkim obecność - moment, w którym tańczę tak jakby nikt nie patrzył.
Ten warsztat jest prowadzony pod hasłem - feel good to look good. Poznasz podczas niego kilka sposobów na to by Twój ruch wyglądał harmonijnie i by kolejne zejścia pod wodę były mniej i mniej męczące :) Nawiążemy dialog z wodą i odkryjemy stan flow, w którym pozwolisz intuicji na prowadzenie Cię w trakcie wstrzymywania oddechu.
Warsztat odbywać się będzie na głębokościach pomiędzy 2 a 15 m. Jest to zaawansowany program , dlatego do uczestnictwa zapraszam osoby, które posiadają conajmniej kurs AIDA * lub odpowiednik.
Szczegółowy plan warsztatów będzie opublikowany około 3 tygodnie przed wydarzeniem.

Freediving meets Dance

A one-day, full but not intensive workshop exploring movement in and under water.
During two sessions at DeepSpot Poland, we will focus on experiencing movement, time and breath-holding without being driven by the need to achieve a particular goal. We will allow ourselves to rest and to be moved by the water.
For me, underwater dance is a practice of managing relaxation and tension, observing and following intuition, developing the ability to listen, and letting go of the need to produce movement. I combine my experience as a professional dancer with my freediving training, creating underwater choreographies, but above all, cultivating presence — that moment when I dance as if nobody were watching.
This workshop is guided by the motto “feel good to look good.” You will discover several ways to make your movement look more harmonious and to make your subsequent dives feel less and less tiring. We will establish a dialogue with the water and explore the state of flow, allowing intuition to guide you during your breath-holds.
The workshop will take place at depths between 2 and 15 metres.
This is an advanced-level program, so I welcome participants who have completed at least an AIDA★ course or equivalent.
A detailed workshop schedule will be published approximately 3 weeks before the event.

- If you hold a diving certification, the price will be reduced by the cost of the DeepSpot entries purchased. Please get in touch to discuss it.
