All ticket, add-on, and product purchases are final and become non-refundable or transferable upon completion.

All food and drinks must be purchased separately. RNB Bingo® is not responsible for food or drink service. For menus, please visit the venue’s website or send them a direct message for more information. Please note: Food availability varies by venue and may not be offered at all locations.
VENUE AND EVENT POLICIES
Only food and beverages purchased inside the venue may be consumed during Dancehall Bingo®. Outside food (cakes, sweets in party hen bags) or drinks—including any liquids in open containers—are not permitted.
Seating is first-come, first-served. Once seats are taken, the event will be standing room only. Groups are kindly asked to arrive together and early to ensure you can be seated as a group.
Dress Code:
No tracksuits, sportswear, gym wear, or manbags.
Trainers are allowed. Casual wear is acceptable.
The following items are not permitted: football shirts, flip-flops, sliders, and sweatshirts. Effort is required at all times. No effort = no entry, even with an advance ticket.
This is an 18+ event. Valid ID is required.
Please be considerate of those around you and drink responsibly.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the premises when necessary.
EVENT TERMS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Show Cancellations:
If a show is cancelled, we shall not be liable for any costs, losses, damages, or expenses of any kind—including, but not limited to, travel costs or other out-of-pocket expenses—arising from the closure of part or all of Dancehall Bingo®. Ticket refunds will, however, be issued.
Wheelchair Access:
Please email us or send a direct message via Facebook before purchasing tickets to confirm that the venue can accommodate your access needs. Please note: Birmingham Bierkeller events take place on the second floor. This venue does not have a lift and is not wheelchair accessible.
Concerns:
If you are concerned about seasonal viruses, etc, please do not purchase tickets in advance. All ticket sales, add-ons, and products are final and non-refundable once purchased.
Train/Tube/Bus Strikes:
If you are concerned about potential train, bus or tube strikes, please do not purchase tickets in advance. All ticket sales, add-ons, and products are final and non-refundable once purchased.
Ticket Information/Change In Venue/ Important Announcements:
Please refresh or download your tickets via your ticket provider’s app the day before the event to ensure all details are current. If this is not done, we cannot accept responsibility should you arrive at the wrong venue following any updates.
