About this Event
Move, connect, soften and rest.
Join us for a half-day retreat bringing together dancing, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and an immersive Sound Bath — an experience designed to move from playful connection and movement into stillness and deep rest.
🌿 Early Bird pricing available until 1 November or until sold out
We’ll begin the day with dancing, creating space to move, have fun and connect with others. From there, we’ll gradually slow things down with tea and seasonal snacks, before settling into nourishing Yin Yoga, guided Yoga Nidra and an immersive Sound Bath.
No dance or yoga experience is needed. You don’t need to be “good at dancing”, flexible or experienced in meditation — just come as you are.
FLOW OF THE RETREAT
11:00am | Arrival & Tea
Arrive, settle into the space and enjoy a cup of tea as we come together for the day.
11:30am | Dancing
A fun and welcoming dance session to get us moving, connecting and out of our heads and into our bodies.
No previous dance experience is required.
12:30pm | Tea & Seasonal Snacks
Time to pause, nourish and connect before we transition into the slower part of our retreat.
1:00pm | Yin Yoga and Guided Yoga Nidra
We’ll shift from movement into stillness with a nourishing Yin Yoga practice, using longer-held postures to encourage release and relaxation.
We’ll then settle into a guided Yoga Nidra practice, allowing the body to become deeply still and rested.
2:00pm | Sound Bath
Rest comfortably as you’re immersed in the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments - an opportunity to simply receive, rest and be.
3:00pm | Tea & Closing
Slowly return, enjoy a final cup of tea and take some time to connect before our retreat finishes at 3:30pm.
