Dance Alchemy: Stillness in Motion
Join our beloved community as we weave conscious dance and sitting meditation together. Using Open Floor's Meditation Cycle, we gather to notice what's present and alive — then embody it in connection with Self, Other, and Spirit.
Every month we move with a different theme, one that enlivens our bodies and inspires our spirits. For March, we will call in new beginnings, fresh starts and rebirth in harmony with Spring Equinox.
Whether you’re completely new to meditation and dance or a seasoned practitioner, there’s a place for you here. We’ll close the evening with delicious organic snacks, shared in community.
