“Before The Pause” dives deeper than ever into the untold realities of perimenopause. Building on the success of its predecessor, "The M Factor" (about menopause), this sequel focuses on the misunderstood years (mid-30s onwards) when symptoms like brain fog, hot flashes, and sleep issues start, aiming to provide earlier education, reduce stigma, and empower women for better midlife health.
