About this Event
About this Event
You are invited to a daylong workshop of movement and rest with Movement Liberation and Moving Joy. Your space holders, Sarah Crowell and Valerie Chafograck welcome all BIPOC movers to join in this collective liberatory experience.
In this daylong we will use the platforms of conscious dance, and the power of ritual to embody presence, cultivate awareness of self and others, lean into community, and become a source of inspiration and support for each other. We will dance alone together, and let our practice inform and nourish our everyday dance called life.
