About your presenters:
Vanessa Callaghan is on a mission to empower parents...
Vanessa Callaghan, MAEd. is a proven parent empowerment coach with over 20 years of experience in education. She's known for her refreshingly honest, hands-on, and personal approach. She empowers parents with high-quality tools so they can build a lifelong relationship based on respect, appreciation, and love. She runs a yearlong program for parents, the Family Foundations Immersion, has a popular Facebook Group for Parents seeking to raise resilient children, and is host of The Calm Empowered Parent Podcast, all dedicated to cultivating resilience and empowerment in parenting.
Kathryn Dunn is an educational occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. She has worked in schools across California as well as in Japan and Germany. Kathryn has an interest and specialized training in the areas of executive functioning, interoception, visual perception in relation to both dyscalculia and dysgraphia, and comprehensive behavioral intervention for Tourette and Tic disorders. She operates her own private practice and lives with her husband, two sons, and dog in Richmond, where you can find her using her own sensory regulation techniques to manage the day-to-day demands of parenting two children under the age of 5.
