Dance Alchemy® + Restorative Breathwork
This is more than dance and breatwork.... it's medicine for the mind, body and soul!
This experience is for all women who are ready to connect more with their bodies and breath and let the wild, expressive, alive parts of themselves come out to play.
Dance Alchemy® a guided somatic dance experience where you get to shake off what you've been carrying, turn up the music, move your body, and remember what it feels like to feel FREE.
Whether you love to dance, haven't danced in years, or feel a little nervous about it, you're welcome here. No dance experience is needed. No way to do it wrong. You get to move at your own pace, in your own way. We are not here to perform, we're here move and express in a safe space.
And after we dance? We slow it all down. We'll close with restorative breathwork and grounding, giving your body space to settle, integrate, and receive.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more like YOU.

• Comfortable clothing (we'll dance barefoot)
• A light blanket and/or eye mask for the breathwork part.
