Welcome coffee lovers! Join us for a Prodigal Coffee Tasting with Fort Collins Coffee Collective at Wobble HiFi on October 11th, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Get ready to sample the Boulder roaster through the lens of three different brew methods. Prodigal Coffee is internationally recognized for their roasting and sorting--they have a zero quaker promise right on the bag--and we are super excited to have some of their best to share. We'll be brewing up four of their latest roasts including two top lots, all rested to perfection.

Our events are part tasting, part social hour, part class. Host Matt will give a basic overview of modern coffee production and brewing, you'll gain a better understanding of differences in bean origins, processing and brew methods and leave knowing a bit more about what YOU like in coffee.
