This September, we are inviting you to Flow with Your Dreams: an elevated somatic experience designed to help you let go of daily stress,

and anchor into pure creative freedom.
Dance Alchemy® isn’t about steps or routine.
It’s an intuitive somatic dance practice with a little bit of choreo that helps you drop out of your head and into your body.
Then we end the practice with an immersive 432Hz crystal singing bowl sound bath.
This 60-minute Sunday reset will leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply aligned.
