About this Event

Join us for Beyond the Hard Hat: Conversations on Leadership, Inclusion, and Allyship, a fireside-style discussion bringing together leaders to share real experiences around career growth, mentorship, sponsorship, allyship, and creating workplaces where people feel respected, supported, and empowered to speak up. The evening will include networking, a moderated panel, audience Q&A, and time to connect with professionals from across the Bay Area construction community and beyond.

Speakers:

Judy Cabrera-Canelo | General Foreman, Rosendin Electric

She currently serves as a General Foreman on the New Hospital at Parnassus Heights and was recently recognized by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors with a Certificate of Honor – Outstanding Leader Award.

Eric Muther | Area Superintendent, Rosendin Electric
Eric brings the perspective of an experienced field leader responsible for developing people, building strong teams, and turning leadership expectations into what actually happens on the jobsite.
