This November, Dallas Beginner Heels is turning up the heat with a special 2-week chair dance series featuring Kelly Rowland’s iconic R&B hit, Motivation ft. Lil Wayne!
We’re celebrating confidence, curves, gratitude, and grown-woman energy with a fun, sultry, beginner-friendly dance experience designed to make you feel like the MAIN CHARACTER!
Whether you’re new to dance, getting back into your groove, or just looking for a fun girls’ night out in Dallas, this experience is for YOU!
No dance experience? No problem. Heels? Totally optional!

👠 Beginner-Friendly Instruction: We’ll break down the movements step by step. No experience necessary!
🪑 Chair Dance Fundamentals: Explore seated body rolls, smooth transitions, poses, and musicality.
💕 Judgment-Free Atmosphere: All bodies, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome.

WEEK 1 — NOVEMBER 14: LEARN IT!
We’ll introduce the choreography, practice chair transitions, and build confidence with each movement.
WEEK 2 — NOVEMBER 21: OWN IT!
We’ll polish the routine, bring the attitude, and put everything together for our final performance!
