All food served at this event will be gluten-free! All breads and desserts will be provided by Ruby Baking Co. and baked in their dedicated gluten-free facility.
Please note that Ellie’s Tea Room operates a shared kitchen that also prepares gluten-containing foods.
Ruby Baking Co. will be working alongside Ellie’s kitchen staff to help implement careful food handling and preparation practices to minimize cross-contact risks. The kitchen will be thoroughly cleaned beforehand, including all surfaces, utensils, and equipment, and only gluten-free foods will be prepared during the event.
While extensive precautions will be taken, a completely gluten-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
