Dad's Space is facilitated by Tess Lovely, a midwife with over 25 years of experience. Birth From Within Studio on Market Street, Torquay and run on alternate Thursday evenings.
Whether you are preparing for your first birth, processing past experiences, or navigating early parenthood, this space offers understanding, empowerment and practical support in a relaxed, non-judgemental environment. You don't have to have all the answers - just a willingness to show up. You never know, there may even be a few "dad jokes"
These sessions have been made possible through funding from the National Lottery, allowing us to offer this space free of charge to the community.
