Enjoy community, learning, and wellness with parents in your community!
Join us for 7 deeply grounding and self-reflective learning sessions with Shaykh Waseem Munir, Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Social Worker, as we embark on a journey towards self-discovery, personal growth and strengthening family bonds. Our support group is a safe space for fathers to connect, dive deeper, and learn to manage day-to-day stress. Whether you're a new dad or a seasoned pro, you are welcome to join our community of like-minded fathers who are committed finding balance - both inside and outside - as fathers and protectors of the next generation.

We are able to bring this program for free through the Parenting Space project which is funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation, a Government of Ontario agency. Please note: At this moment, this program is FREE for first time participants of the Parenting Space weekly programs only.
