***CUT CAPERS - BALANCE ALBUM LAUNCH @ ELECTRIC BRISTOL***We’re celebrating the release of our fourth studio album, Balance, with our biggest Bristol headline show yet at Electric Bristol - formerly SWX/Syndicate
Join us at Electric Bristol on Friday 30 October for a full night of live music.
CUT CAPERS
We’ll be bringing cuts from the new album to life alongside some classics, with the full Cut Capers crew on stage and some VERY special guests. Expect big brass, swing, funk and neo-soul energy from 11 musicians bringing the full Cut Capers sound to the stage.
JAMU
Bristol’s Jamu are a genre-bending live project led by producer and turntablist Mr Fitz, bringing together classic hip-hop cuts, samples and scratches with reggae, jazz, dub, swing, trip-hop and drum & bass. Their live shows bring guest MCs and live horns together with the turntables for something unpredictable, bass-heavy and seriously infectious.
GARETH DAVIE
Gareth Davie leads a powerhouse live band blending pop, funk and rock with his jazz roots. Intricate guitar lines, singable melodies and groovy horns come together for an energetic, feel-good sound that’s guaranteed to get the crowd moving.
Balance is out 9 October. This is the launch party. Come and celebrate with us. ❤️
