About this Event
Join us for a hands-on, sustainable art-making workshop in celebration of Culture Days, in collaboration with the Town of Oakville!
Explore the beauty of autumn through creative printmaking. Using provided autumn leaves and Gelli plates, participants will create original botanical prints by experimenting with techniques such as layering and ghost printing. This hands-on workshop introduces an accessible and sustainable approach to eco-printing, transforming the unique shapes and textures of leaves into expressive, nature-inspired artworks. Participants will discover the intersection of art, science, and the natural environment while celebrating the beauty of the local landscape.
