*INTRODUCING* CRVN's very first 5K trail run!On Sunday, September 20th at 11am (right before our end-of-summer vegan BBQ), a lively group of runners, joggers, and walkers will embark on a 5k trail run through Tawasentha Park, starting at the Chalet Pavilion.
Whether you are training for a big race or just looking for some exercise with some great people, this will be a good time all-around!
