About this Event
Changeling Event Type: General Event.
What to Expect: Whether you're a seasoned gamer or new to the world of crokinole, this event offers something for everyone. Come as a group or solo, our events are a great way to connect with members of local communities and are perfect for folks arriving in Toronto looking to make new friends.
What is Crokinole? Crokinole is a classic Canadian physical dexterity game that involves flicking discs on a special board, aiming to knock your opponent's discs and either get yours in the hole in the centre or keep more of yours closer to the middle of the board.
Player Level: Any! The goal of our Learn & Play events is for folks curious about a particular game to try it out and discover potentially a new favourite.
General Admission: Tickets are priced and sold per person. Admission includes access to the Arboretum playspace tables for up to 2 hours of gaming, and support from a Changeling Gaming expert for newer players. If tickets are sold out for this event, please join the waitlist to be notified if a space opens up!
Pre-purchased seats will be held for attendees for the first 15 minutes of the event.
Membership & Passes: Changeling Gaming Memberships include event discounts for our paid subscribers. After just two events within a 30-day period, our members save, with the potential of over $80 per month! For this event, each Special Event Membership ticket purchased must have a single individual corresponding Patreon Special Events Membership Subscription. Or, a temporary Membership Pass may be presented with Special Event stamp slots available for each ticket purchased.
Proof of membership will be required at the door.
About Board Games Arboretum: Your new friendly local game shop in Toronto's Liberty Village. We have board games, TCGs, TTRPGs, puzzles and accessories as well as a playspace for games and events.
